Hart im Zillertal is located at the entrance to the Zillertal Valley, about two kilometers from Fügen and about a 30-minute drive from Innsbruck. You can reach Wiesing via the A12 Inntal Autobahn, taking the Wiesing exit; from there, it’s only about a ten-minute drive to Lake Achensee. Our apartments are spread across several buildings—you’ll receive the exact address of your apartment with your booking confirmation.

If you’re planning a stay in the Zillertal and in Wiesing, we strongly recommend traveling by car. While it is possible to take the train to Jenbach and then continue on the Zillertalbahn or by regional bus, you’ll have very limited mobility without a car when it comes to getting to the mountain railways, hiking trails, and ski resorts.

By car, take the A12 (Hall-West or Innsbruck-West exit) to the city center. Depending on your location, Innsbruck Central Station is a few minutes’ walk to about two kilometers away; from the station, city bus lines will take you to the area near the apartments. Innsbruck Airport (INN) is about five kilometers away (about a 12-minute taxi ride); the nearest international airport is Munich (MUC), approximately 205 kilometers or a two-hour drive away. In Innsbruck, too, the apartments are spread across several buildings—you’ll receive the exact address with your booking confirmation or in the description of the respective apartment.

Very central. The Old Town, the Golden Roof, Maria-Theresien-Straße, and the Imperial Hofburg are all within walking distance. The Nordkettenbahn valley station is also about a five-minute walk from one of our locations.

Yes. There are plenty of free covered parking spaces available; please note the maximum clearance height of 2.25 m. You'll also find electric charging stations for cars and bicycles in the garage.

A private garage parking space is available only at the apartment on Müllerstraße. At the other locations, you can park in the public short-term parking zone (blue lines; subject to a fee Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., free otherwise) or in a public parking garage, such as the Congress Parkgarage at Rennweg 3 (about 15 euros per day). We’ll let you know the parking options available for your apartment along with your check-in information.

Check-in is contactless via a key box. We will send you the access code and instructions for the rest of the process well in advance of your arrival.

Check-in is available at all locations starting at 4:00 p.m., and check-out is by 10:00 a.m. at the latest. These times apply without exception: This is the only way we can thoroughly clean each apartment between stays and ensure that your apartment is in impeccable condition when you arrive.

No. For this very reason—thorough cleaning between stays—early check-in or late check-out are not possible under any circumstances.

No, we do not collect a security deposit. However, we reserve the right to inspect the apartment before your departure.

The cancellation policy of the portal through which you made your reservation applies. If you book directly through our regional booking pages, you will find the applicable terms and conditions during the booking process.

Minimum stays vary depending on the season and dates. The minimum number of nights required for your desired dates will be displayed directly in the booking form.

The accepted payment methods and payment terms are displayed directly in the booking process.

The local tax (accommodation tax) is charged in addition to the room rate. It currently amounts to:

• Hart im Zillertal: 2.60 euros per person per night
• Wiesing: 2.60 euros per person per night
• Innsbruck: 4.00 euros per person per night

Overnight stays by guests who have not yet turned 15 by the end of the calendar year in which they turn 15 are exempt from the tax (for stays in 2026, this applies to children born in 2011 or later). If you booked through a booking platform, the local tax may already have been included in the total, depending on the platform. (Rates as of June 2026, subject to change.)

All apartments are fully equipped for self-catering. The kitchen includes dishes and silverware, a stove, an oven or microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee maker (Nespresso), a kettle, and a toaster. Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, heating, and a bathroom with a hair dryer. In the Zillertal, underfloor heating and soundproof windows ensure peace and comfort.

Yes. Bed linens and towels are included in all apartments, as are comfortable double beds and, in most apartments, an additional sofa bed. For longer stays, bed linens can be changed for an additional fee (35 euros per person).

That depends on the location and the specific apartment. In the Zillertal, the apartments accommodate between about two and six people; in Wiesing, they each accommodate up to four people. In Innsbruck, occupancy varies by apartment; at one location, several apartments can be combined to accommodate larger groups. Please refer to the description of the specific apartment on the booking portal for the exact number of guests.

Yes. A crib or rollaway bed is available free of charge in every apartment. Please let us know if you need one when you make your reservation.

In Innsbruck, the apartments are located in older buildings without elevators; you’ll need to use the stairs to reach them. There is also no elevator in Wiesing. In Hart, the apartments are either at ground level or accessible by elevator. Please keep this in mind if you’re traveling with heavy luggage.

Yes, the final cleaning is included in the price.

In each apartment, you will find the necessary bins as well as brief instructions on waste separation and the on-site disposal locations. We ask that you separate your trash accordingly before departure.

No. Smoking is prohibited in all apartments, without exception.

No. Pets are not allowed at any of our locations, without exception.

Quiet hours begin at 10:00 p.m.; please be considerate of other guests and the neighborhood after that time. Only the number of guests specified for the booked apartment may stay overnight; parties and events are not permitted.

No, our apartments are designed for self-catering—you can cook and have breakfast at your own pace. The kitchens are fully equipped for this purpose.

In the Zillertal, the nearest supermarket is just a few minutes’ drive away. In Innsbruck, supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, and restaurants are located right near the apartments, usually just a few minutes’ walk away. If you’re looking for regional specialties, you’ll find them at the market hall or on Saturdays from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the farmers’ market on Hans-Brenner-Platz.

In the Zillertal and in Wiesing, there is a ski storage area and a ski cellar, respectively, equipped with a heated boot dryer and private storage spaces for your gear. This way, wet boots and gear stay where they belong—and not in your apartment.

Yes. The larger apartments in the Zillertal and in Wiesing offer plenty of space for the whole family, with terraces and balconies where you can play and relax. In Innsbruck, the apartments are a great base for families who want to combine city life with the mountains.jo

In Innsbruck (older buildings without elevators) and in Wiesing, the apartments are not wheelchair accessible. If you require full wheelchair accessibility, please contact us before booking—only a few apartments meet these requirements.

The region is a great starting point in both summer and winter. In winter, you can reach the Zillertal ski resorts in no time; in summer, hiking and biking trails, as well as Lake Achensee—Tyrol’s largest lake—await you. A trip to the Swarovski Crystal Worlds (about 20 minutes from Hart) or to Innsbruck (about 30 minutes) is also well worth it.

Innsbruck combines the city and the mountains within a compact area. The historic Old Town, home to the Golden Roof, is just a short walk away, and the Nordkettenbahn cable car takes you from the city center up into the alpine terrain in just a few minutes, offering sweeping views of the city and the Inn Valley.
